Toronto, ON. Global Governance Advisors Senior Partner, Paul Gryglewicz, will host the 3rd Compensation Governance Workshop with Women Get on Board on Monday, May 28th, 2018 at 8:30 am.

Mr. Gryglewicz will lead a discussion about what to expect when you first join a Compensation Committee of the Board and how to accelerate your effectiveness as a director by generating an awareness of the expectations and demands placed on the Compensation Committee.

“The workshop will focus on the current aspects of the HRCC’s governance process; the fundamentals of total executive compensation design in the market today; and the managing process of hiring Boards’ independent advisors,” commented GGA Senior Partner, Gryglewicz. “We will also discuss the important questions to identify when reviewing executive and director compensation; today’s regulatory environment with respect to compensation and disclosure; leading practices in CEO succession planning; and the reference material that will provide useful reminders and guidance throughout the HRCC governance cycle.”
