With the Global Governance Advisors (GGA) Human Capital Innovators Fund, IT start-ups can have access to the resources needed to compete in today’s highly competitive innovators’ marketplace.
Building on more than 75 years experience in the field that has distinguished GGA as thought leaders in executive compensation, board effectiveness, CEO succession planning and corporate governance, GGA knows that leading edge thinking never loses sight of the future needs of clients in a rapidly changing world. We are now building on our strengths to offer the IT innovators of tomorrow deep industry collaboration and the ability to build the best tools with seasoned professionals in HR, executive compensation and corporate governance.
The Human Capital Innovators Fund will fund technology-oriented start-ups who are focusing on the development of human capital and corporate governance technology solutions. Up to four (4) teams will be chosen per cohort, based on their business plan and workable IT platform. Each cohort will run for twenty-six (26) consecutive weeks.
What we look for
We fund technology-oriented companies with a focus on human capital cloud IT solutions. Teams with the best chances of acceptance will present a combination of market knowledge, technical expertise, and founders who can hit the ground running and take on the challenges of launching a successful startup.
A maximum of four (4) teams of IT start-ups will receive $50,000 upon their selection into the program. They will then compete for a further portion of the one million dollar fund (each year) that one team will receive upon completion of the twenty-six week program. Projects will be judged by their innovation, applicability to sector-specific technological demands and long-term growth potential.
Winners will also be presented with a business plan and equity in a new start-up created by GGA with its IP and its resources.
